For people looking for spectacular architecture, vineyards and windmills, Alaçatıi is the best destination. It is a town on Turkey’s Çeşme Peninsula, on the Aegean Sea. Famous for its beaches, old stone houses, Port Alaçatı Marina (a water sports center), and the Ottoman Çeşme Castle. Built in the early 16th century and now housing historical artifacts. The town is also known for the Greek island Chios is a short ferry ride away. By visiting Alaçatı, visitors will enjoy the traditional old life with narrow streets, boutique hotels, and restaurants with tables on the streets. The area is also home to the Alaçatı yacht marina and the famous Port Alaçatı development.
